1. Friend’s Parents equals food. Seriously, if your buddy is talking about their parents coming for the weekend, cling to them, you’ll get free food because no one wants to say no to a broke college kid.

2. Relationship seconds might seem fun but—you’d be fooling yourself into a drama filled ticking time bomb. Your roomy doesn’t want to see the guy/girl they just tossed to the curb back in the room with you.

3. Now that it’s getting nice out (maybe), it’s time to wash your sheets again, if you don’t regularly do it. Just trust me on this one.

4. Girls, don’t be totally pressured to shave those winter legs yet. As long as there’s snow on the ground, keep those razors tucked away until it’s actually spring time. Unless you think you’ll need five to get through one leg, then maybe you’ll want to trim those puppies.

5. But spring is coming up! Now is the time to throw caution to the wind and throw those red shirts in with the white ones! Pink is a springy color and looks good on most.
